ZERO PLASTIC BOTTLE
LIFETIME WARRANTY
The H2Stash™ is a 1-litre (34oz) vacuum-insulated bottle built on one non-negotiable rule: nothing but surgical-grade steel ever touches your water. No plastic cap insert. No plastic threading. No plastic spout. None.
You're drinking plastic. Every single day.
In 2024, Columbia University researchers found an average of roughly 240,000 plastic fragments in a single litre of bottled water, most of them nanoplastics small enough to pass into your bloodstream. So you did the smart thing: you switched to a "stainless steel" bottle. Here's the part nobody tells you.
Most "stainless steel" bottles hide plastic exactly where you can't see it: plastic-lined caps, plastic spout inserts, plastic gaskets, plastic threading. Every sip drags water across those surfaces. Every twist of the lid grinds plastic against plastic. The bottle you bought to escape microplastics is quietly making more of them.
Microplastics have now been detected in human blood, lung tissue, breast milk, and placentas. The science is still emerging, but the principle is simple: a bottle that's supposed to protect you from plastic shouldn't contain any.
Zero plastic. Anywhere. Period.
The interior walls are food-grade 316L surgical stainless steel. The exterior is food-grade 304 stainless steel. The entire cap, threading, walls and contact surface, is hollow 316L steel with no plastic insert filling the inside. The only non-metal component in the entire bottle is the food-grade silicone gasket that creates the airtight seal. And silicone is not plastic.
Unscrew the cap of the bottle you own right now and look inside it. Then look inside ours. That's the difference.
The hollow steel cap changes everything.
The cap is where manufacturers cut corners, because it's the one place you never inspect. Pick up almost any "stainless steel" bottle and unscrew it. You'll find a plastic disc, a plastic insert, or a plastic-lined chamber sitting directly above your water.
The H2Stash™ cap is engineered as a fully hollow stainless steel structure. The threading is steel. The walls are steel. The contact surface is steel. The only thing that isn't metal is the food-grade silicone ring that seals the cap to the bottle.
Almost every steel bottle is 304. This one isn't.
Here's what most brands hope you never look up: "stainless steel" isn't one material. Nearly every bottle on the market, including the big names, uses 304-grade steel everywhere - the grade you'll also see written as 18/8 or SUS304. 304 is a good steel. But there's a higher grade, and the difference matters when it's holding what you drink all day.
316 is 304 plus molybdenum - an alloying element that makes the steel dramatically more resistant to corrosion, acids, and salts, and far less reactive with whatever it touches. It's the grade required for surgical implants, pharmaceutical reactors, and marine hardware. It also costs more, which is exactly why most bottle brands skip it.

Any brand can say "316." We publish the lab results.
The steel in the H2Stash™ interior is certified by POSCO, one of the world's largest stainless steel producers, under an EN 10204 Type 3.1 mill test certificate - meaning every batch is chemically analyzed in the lab, not just declared compliant on paper. The measured composition of our steel:
Molybdenum is what separates 316 from ordinary 304 - and ASTM A240 requires at least 2.00% of it to qualify. Our steel measures 2.05%, lab-verified. It's also 316L (designated SUS316L in Japan, EN 1.4404 in Europe), the low-carbon variant chosen for medical implants and pharmaceutical equipment because it's even more corrosion-resistant than standard 316. The full mill certificate is available on request.
Double-wall insulation. Real temperature performance.
Between the 316L interior and the 304 exterior sits a vacuum chamber. No air, no conduction, no heat transfer. That's what keeps your water exactly the temperature you poured it.

Why would I need an H₂ storage bottle if I can generate hydrogen water on demand?
Because generation and consumption don’t always happen in the same place - or at the same time.
The storage bottle protects your hydrogen so you can drink when it actually matters, not only when it’s convenient to run a cycle.
So what’s the real purpose of an H₂ storage bottle?
To preserve your hydrogen until the moment you actually need it.
Generate anywhere.
Drink anytime.
Can I use it for other drinks?
Absolutely.
Unlike a generator, this is a true multi-use bottle.
You can mix hydrogen water with:
• Tea
• Electrolytes
• Juice
• Coffee alternatives
You’re not limited to plain water.
Why not just take the generator outdoors?
Hydrogen generators are precision electronics.
They are:
• Not rugged
• Expensive to replace
• Vulnerable to water, sand, cold weather, mud, or drops
A stainless steel bottle is built for real life.
It can take scratches, bumps, and outdoor conditions without risk.
What are some other advantages over a hydrogen water bottle?
1. Most hydrogen generators involve plastic contact surfaces.
Repeated lip contact and handling can contribute to microplastic exposure.
By transferring the hydrogen water into an all-metal storage bottle, you eliminate:
• Lip contact with plastic
• Friction wear
• Ongoing microplastic risk
It’s a cleaner interface for daily use.
2. Generators typically produce smaller volumes per cycle.
But real-life moments - like hiking or reaching a summit - demand more hydration.
With a 1L capacity, you can:
Drink a meaningful amount when you need it most - not just 9 oz at a time.
3. Running a generator every hour at work can feel… noticeable.
With a storage bottle:
No one knows what you’re drinking.
It looks like a quality water bottle - not a device.
