Ocemida Hydrogen Water Generator Lifetime Warranty - Terms and Conditions Effective 8/6/2023

Every Ocemida Hydrogen Water Generator is carefully manufactured, combining diligent assembly with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee both elegance and longevity. Trusting our superior manufacturing standards, select Ocemida generators are protected for life under our limited lifetime warranty. This reflects our commitment to excellence.

Terms and Conditions of the Ocemida Hydrogen Water Generator Lifetime Service Warranty:

QUALIFICATION: To benefit from your Ocemida Hydrogen Water Generator Warranty, you MUST register your product. This warranty is NON-TRANSFERABLE and might be nullified under the stipulated terms.

This Lifetime Service Warranty covers all original series of Ocemida Hydrogen Water Generators. This warranty does not cover any other products or models not explicitly mentioned.

Defects in materials and craftsmanship during the product's natural useful life are covered by this warranty.

For any defects resulting from production errors, any malfunctioning component (with exclusions detailed below) will be fixed, or the product will be replaced at no extra cost.

Exclusions:

• All external attachments and accessories.
• Functionality after its natural lifecycle.
• Battery components.
• Any coating or surface finish.
• Damage due to mishandling, neglect, accidents, or ordinary wear and tear.
• Damage from water exposure.
• Pre-owned or sold in "as-is" condition items.
• Reconditioned products.

Voided Warranty Conditions:

• If the product suffers damage from accidents, negligence, or by unauthorized individuals, as determined solely by Ocemida.
• If any product battery is changed by anyone other than an Ocemida authorized service center.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

If you haven’t registered your product with Ocemida, this warranty will NOT apply.

If your Hydrogen Water Generator needs a complete replacement and falls under the warranty, Ocemida will replace it with the same model. If that specific model isn’t in production, a similar style of equal value will be offered.

For service works not under this warranty, you'll be informed of the necessary repairs and the associated costs. Ocemida will only begin repairs after receiving your approval.

REQUESTING WARRANTY AND OTHER PRODUCT REPAIR:

For battery replacements or warranty works, kindly fill out a repair form on the Ocemida website or visit an authorized Ocemida store. Note: While they won't nullify the warranty, repairs by Ocemida's authorized partners aren't covered under this warranty, and you'll bear all associated costs. Ocemida won’t offer reimbursements. Please don’t send the original packaging as it won’t be sent back. It's recommended to insure your package and ensure proper protection during shipment. Ocemida isn't responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

The warranties provided are exclusive, replacing all other warranties, whether express or implied. Ocemida disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, purpose fitness, accuracy, quality, and non-infringement. Ocemida won’t be liable for indirect, special, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages or liabilities arising from product sale or use. This limitation applies regardless of the basis of the liability and even if Ocemida was informed of the potential damages.

However, certain regions might not permit such implied warranty exclusions or damage limitations. In such cases, these exclusions and limitations might not apply to you. When implied warranties can’t be fully excluded, they'll be limited to the warranty's duration.
