Do i need an adapter to use this cannula with a hydrogen water bottle?

Yes, and inhalation adapter of an inhalation cap is required so you can attach the cannula to it and inhale the gas.

Cleaning the nasal cannula is simple. Rinse it with warm, soapy water, then let it air dry completely before reuse. However, frequent cleaning does not substitute for regular replacement to maintain hygiene.

Scientific literature states that at least 100mL/min of hydrogen gas is needed for a therapeutic effect. However, clients who experimented with inhaling from hydrogen water bottles still reported positive effects.
