Check your product packaging first for the serial number.
While the product itself may also have a serial number (which could differ), use the packaging number when available as it's typically used for registration and warranty purposes.
Type the serial number exactly as shown - this cannot be changed once submitted.
For purchases from our website: Use the email and order ID from your purchase confirmation to register your serial number. This will link the product to your existing account.
For multiple products, simply enter each serial number one at a time using the same order number.
For purchases from Amazon or authorized retailers: Enter the order number from your retailer. This will create a new account at ocemida.com and register your serial number with the product.
Both methods ensure your product is properly registered for warranty and quick support.
