Look for a serial number directly on your product first
If you cannot find a serial number on the product, use the one from the packaging.
Type the serial number exactly as shown - this cannot be changed once submitted.
You need to first login to your account and then go back to this URL.
You can also contact us at warranty@ocemida.com with your serial number and we will activate it for you.
